Enameled ware

Enameled dishes also need attention. It is washed with a special cleaning paste or soda solution (25 g per 1 liter of water). Enameled dishes are cleaned in the same way as aluminum dishes. Before the first use, pour water into the enamel pan to the edges, wait until the water boils, remove from heat and allow to cool. This way, you harden the coating, and the pan will last you longer.
