Drink kefir in a glass every 3-4 hours. You can also change kefir from regular low-fat to fruit.
In addition to kefir, you can drink water, especially non-carbonated mineral water.
Tea and coffee should not be consumed during this diet.

4. Kefir diet for 9 days

This is a heavy diet, for a nine-day period you can lose 8-9 pounds of excess weight. It is important to get out of this diet properly. You need to avoid overeating and do not eat too many high-calorie foods.

The essence of the 9-day kefir diet for weight loss:

From 1 to 3 days - drink 1% kefir daily, in any quantity and rice, boiled without salt no more than 100 grams.
From 4 to 7 days - the same amount of yogurt, as in the first three days, but instead of rice 100 grams of boiled without salt chicken breast.
From 7 to 9 days - the same yogurt and fresh apples in the amount you want.

5. Kefir-cucumber diet

A simple diet, but no less difficult. With its help you can lose from 5 to 8 pounds. Designed for 3-5 days.
During the whole kefir-cucumber diet you need to drink 1.5 - 2 liters of kefir daily and eat 1.5 kilograms of cucumbers.
